Accessible Notes

Terms of Service

Effective July 1, 2026

The service

Comply.AI (“Accessible Notes”) converts uploaded PDFs of handwritten notes into accessible PDFs using AI transcription that you review and correct. By using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Your content

You keep all rights to the documents you upload and the accessible PDFs generated from them. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process your documents — extracting page images, sending them to our AI transcription provider, and storing the results — for the sole purpose of providing the service to you. Only upload documents you have the right to use.

Acceptable use

  • Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes others’ rights.
  • Do not attempt to access documents or data belonging to other users.
  • Do not probe, overload, or disrupt the service (rate limits are enforced), or attempt to bypass its security controls.

We may suspend access that violates these rules.

Accuracy

AI transcription can make mistakes, particularly with handwriting and mathematical notation. The review step exists so you can verify and correct the output — you are responsible for checking the final document before relying on or distributing it.

Availability and data retention

The service is provided on an as-available basis and is under active development. Documents are retained on the schedule described in the Privacy Policy (30 days for signed-in jobs, 7 days for guest jobs) — download your accessible PDFs promptly and keep your own copies of source documents.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Comply.AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Questions: complyaibusiness@gmail.com.
